Mrs Bridges - take 2

Today's treat is a chicken and ham pie using a recipe by Jo' Pratt as seen on Christmas Cooks.
Mrs Bridges likes leeks and pies so this was an ideal recipe, thanks Jo'. Look at the colour of that pastry.
Mmmmm, There is nothing left of the pie, I ate it so quickly that the air popped as it rushed in to fill the vacuum.
